The dwelling is nested on corner site of a bend in the road.
There is a stone feature to one corner of the exterior. The inteior is bright.

This bungalow has Eco Star recycled slates on the roof.
The Living room has a large solid timber frame detail.
It is insulated to a high standard.
A heat recover ventilation system (HRV)is also installed.
The bunglow is placed quite high in the corner of a field.
The design blends the house well in it's setting.
