I hired Zeno at the start of 2009 to design my own house in Longford.
I had interviewed a number of other Architects but I felt from meeting
him that he would give me exactly what I wanted and he did not disappoint.
I had reviewed his very comprehensive website and was aware of his
previous work.

His professionalism and attention to detail ensured that we obtained
planning permission on the first attempt. This continued when we were
required to make some changes to the roof of the front porch as part
of the planning conditions.

I have no problem recommending Zeno to anyone who requires a
unique house design, value for money and a professional to successfully
steer their project though the planning system.
